Guests order for themselves — at the table and for delivery

Orders reach the kitchen straight away, with nobody relaying them. Bills close while the guest is still at the table. The courier call is put together for you. Your people stay — what leaves is the manual work that loses you minutes and orders.

Nothing to installThe guest needs Telegram, which they already have.
A QR on the tableThe table number comes from the code, not from memory.
The courier is yoursYour delivery service, on your contract. We hand over the order.

00One order, end to end

  1. Guestdrops a pin and pays the cafe
  2. Kitchensees the order and confirms
  3. Courierdrives a call already prepared
  4. Doorit arrived, and everyone saw it

01Three places where the time goes today

This is how most cafes work. See whether you recognise your own.

A. A guest sits down

Today
  1. The guest waits for a free waiter.
  2. The waiter brings a menu and leaves.
  3. The guest reads, the waiter comes back — sometimes twice.
  4. The waiter writes it down, then types it into the till.
  5. The kitchen gets the order.
With Doedet
  1. The guest scans the code on their table.
  2. The guest reads the menu with prices, for as long as they like.
  3. The guest builds the order and sends it to the kitchen.
  4. The kitchen sees it with the table number and taps Accepted.
  5. The kitchen taps Served — the guest sees the status.

B. A guest asks for the bill

Today
  1. The guest tries to catch a waiter's eye.
  2. The waiter prints the bill and carries it over.
  3. The waiter leaves for the card terminal and comes back.
  4. The table frees up — the last thing the guest will remember.
With Doedet
  1. The guest taps Bill and sees the total across their orders.
  2. The guest picks: transfer, card or cash.
  3. For a transfer, the guest sends the receipt; the bot checks it.
  4. The waiter confirms — the bill is closed.

C. A delivery order

Today
  1. The guest calls; someone writes down the address by ear.
  2. Someone adds up the total and dictates the bank details.
  3. Someone books a courier and explains the way.
  4. The guest calls again: where is my order?
With Doedet
  1. The guest drops a pin — the address is not taken by ear.
  2. The bot adds the delivery fee by zone and shows your details.
  3. The bot prepares the courier call, with directions in Georgian.
  4. The guest watches the status — no reason to call.

02What happens to a delivery, step by step

Exactly what the bot does. Not one step we made up.

  1. The guest builds the order. Menu with prices, a cart, a pin on the map instead of an address by ear. Places they have ordered to before come back by name.
  2. The guest pays the cafe directly. To your bank details. The money never passes through us. The guest sends the receipt as a picture.
  3. The model reads the receipt, a person decides. Amount, recipient, date and bank are matched against the order and any mismatch is shown. Your staff mark it paid with a button, not the software: we are looking at an image, not at a bank account.
  4. The kitchen taps Ready. The bot assembles the courier call: pickup point, guest's point, amount, and directions for the courier in Georgian.
  5. The courier drives, the bot watches. Statuses update on their own. The bot notices a delivery that has stalled — a courier standing still, or one heading the wrong way — and says so.
  6. The guest confirms it went well. Or complains — and the complaint reaches you attached to the order, not into the void.

03What we do not do

A short list worth reading before the price conversation. It will not change after.

04What it takes to start

We set it up with you, in your kitchen's chat. Here is what it takes.

We are in Batumi and we work one cafe at a time. We set you up by hand, sit next to you through the first order and fix things as they come up. If something here does not describe you — write, that is fixable.
